By using Planr, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the service.

Scope and validity

These terms apply to all use of the Planr service. The terms apply to both free and paying users, and regulate the relationship between you and Planr AS. Any other terms or guidelines do not apply unless agreed in writing with Planr AS.

1. Service content and function

Planr provides users access to a digital platform for planning and organizing training sessions, with features such as exercise library, session builder and AI-generated suggestions.

The service contains three types of content:

1.1 Third-party content

Some exercises, videos and descriptions shown in Planr are sourced from external, public sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or similar.

• Planr AS does not own this content and does not claim copyright to it.

• The content is shown only as reference and curation, in accordance with applicable terms of use from the third party.

• Planr AS does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or legality of third-party content.

• If you believe content infringes your rights, please contact us.

1.2 User-generated content

Users can create their own exercises, sessions and descriptions in the service. You retain all rights to your own content.

By uploading or creating content in Planr, you grant Planr AS a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide license to:

• store, display and use the content in the service's features

• use anonymized data for analysis, statistics and improvement

This license applies as long as the content is stored in the service, and also after account deletion if the content is anonymized and aggregated. You can delete or request deletion of content at any time.

1.3 AI-generated content

Planr offers suggestions for training sessions and descriptions generated by artificial intelligence (from OpenAI). This content is automatic and must be used with critical judgment.

2. Age limit

To use Planr you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a guardian.

3. User responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content you upload, generate or share via Planr.

It is not permitted to:

• use Planr for illegal, harassing or misleading purposes

• infringe copyright or other rights

• upload or generate harmful content

• attempt to disrupt the service's function, security or network

Violations may result in your account being suspended or deleted without notice.

4. Payment and subscription

Certain features in Planr are only available through a paid subscription. You can choose between monthly or annual payment.

• New users may receive a free trial period. When the trial period ends, the subscription starts automatically unless cancelled.

• Payment is made in advance and handled by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Planr AS does not store card information.

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) unless you cancel before renewal.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next period, and we do not offer refunds for started or unused subscriptions.

All prices include VAT and any fees.

In case of payment problems, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features.

4.1 Fair use

Planr offers certain features as "unlimited sessions", "unlimited coaches" (in club subscription), and similar. This means no technical limit, but assumes normal, fair use.

We reserve the right to set limits, notify or restrict access if:

• the service is used in a way that affects stability or operation for other users

• one account is used by many outside the agreed license

• functionality is exploited in a way not in line with the intention

In case of abuse, we may deactivate, limit or require upgrade to a customized agreement.

4.2 Use of AI session planner

Planr offers an AI-based session planner as an add-on service (for Coach and Club subscriptions). This feature is resource-intensive and incurs cost per use for Planr AS.

Each user can use up to 50 AI generations per month. This represents a normal, fair usage limit, and corresponds to what we refer to as "unlimited*" in marketing. If you need more, you can contact us for extension.

*Planr reserves the right to monitor and limit abnormal or automated use. Repeated abuse or overconsumption may result in upgrade requirements, additional costs or termination of access.

5. Intellectual property rights

All content and software developed by Planr AS is owned by Planr AS. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content (see section 1.2), but grant Planr a license to use it as described.

Planr reserves the right to remove or moderate content that:

• violates law or third-party rights

• is inappropriate, offensive or misleading

• constitutes abuse of the service

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees for availability, function, content or results.

Planr AS disclaims any liability for:

• damage, loss or liability resulting from errors, defects, downtime or user's use of the service

• consequences of using training content, including AI-generated sessions

6.1 User-generated content

Planr AS has no editorial responsibility for content created or uploaded by users. We do not perform pre-moderation or quality assurance of such content.

Planr disclaims all liability for:

• accuracy, quality or legality of user-generated content

• loss, damage or consequences resulting from use of such content

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they create does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. In case of suspected violation, we reserve the right to remove content or close accounts.

7. Operation, availability and support

Planr AS strives for high uptime and stable operation, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. In case of technical errors, we will do our best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Planr does not provide compensation for any service interruptions.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify users via app or email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of updated terms.

9. Privacy

Planr collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. See our privacy policy for details on how we process your data.

10. Unauthorized use and abuse

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to Planr in case of:

• suspected abuse, violation of terms or technical manipulation

• security risk or damage to the service or other users

We may take legal action in case of serious violations.

11. AI-generated content

Planr offers suggestions for training sessions and content that is automatically generated by artificial intelligence provided by third party (OpenAI). This content:

• may contain errors, inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions

• must be evaluated critically and used with professional judgment

Planr AS disclaims all liability for damage or consequences related to use of AI-generated content.

12. Choice of law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be decided by Oslo District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
