Planr is a digital platform for coaches that makes it easy to plan, save and share training sessions. With a comprehensive exercise library, an intuitive session builder and AI support, you can create professional training plans in minutes.
Yes! Planr has a free Freemium plan that lets you get started at no cost. You get access to a limited exercise library, can save up to 3 sessions and share 10 sessions per month. For more features you can upgrade to Coach or Club.
Absolutely! Planr is fully responsive and works just as well on mobile, tablet and PC. You can plan sessions on your PC at home and have them available on your phone in the gym.
You can easily share sessions via a unique link that players can open in their browser. They don't need to create an account to view the session. You can also export sessions as PDF.
The AI Session Planner uses artificial intelligence to generate complete training sessions based on your preferences. You choose focus area, duration, number of players and level – then the AI creates a complete session with exercises from our library.
Currently we don't support direct import, but you can easily recreate sessions in Planr using the exercise library and session builder. We are working on import functionality for future versions.
The Coach plan is for individual coaches with unlimited storage, full exercise library and option for AI add-on. The Club plan is for clubs and teams with multiple coaches, and includes everything in Coach plus shared club library, unlimited coaches and priority support.
Yes! You can start with our free Freemium plan to test Planr. Additionally, we offer a free trial period on the Coach plan so you can experience all features before you decide.
