Planr is a digital platform that helps coaches plan and share training sessions. You can build your own exercises, create complete training programs and share them with players or other coaches.

Yes! We have a free Planr Basic plan that lets you test Planr with limited functionality. You can save up to 3 sessions and create 1 custom exercise. For unlimited access, you can upgrade to the Planr Pro plan.

Yes, Planr works on all devices - mobile, tablet and PC. We have a responsive web application that adapts to your screen. Hot tip: Planr is a so-called PWA and adapted for mobile. Choose "add to home screen" on your phone and Planr works almost like a native app.

You can share sessions by generating a sharing link and players can view the sessions without creating their own account.

Our AI session planner can help you create training sessions based on your criteria such as age, level, focus area and available time. This makes session planning faster and more efficient. It's currently at an early stage, but will get better and better as it's used more.

Currently we don't support import from other platforms, but you can easily rebuild your sessions in Planr using our intuitive session builder tool.

Planr Pro is for individual coaches with unlimited access to all features. Planr Hub is for sports clubs and includes user management, shared exercise library and priority support.

Of course! Our Planr Basic plan is 100% functional, just with limitations on the number of exercises and sessions. Upgrade when you're ready.

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR guidelines and have regular security audits.
